Foscams have a good rep, and there are lots of models.
The security cams designed for home use can usually be adapted for mobile use in motorhomes or towables. Systems like "Ring" and so on could be adapted to work on the road, depending on their requirements for wifi or cellular tower availability.
I would think that trail cams, as was mentioned, and/or dash cams could also be adapted to keep an eye on things, inside or outside your rolling home, if you think a little bit outside the box and get creative.
It might be easier to adapt a home security system to work on the road, than to find a good effective mobile system.
