I am researching security cameras. We will be taking to the road in about a month as full-time RVers in our new class C. There are a lot of features advertised and Reolink seems to pop up as one of the best. Are there other brands I should look at for comparison?

What are your security concerns when fulltime? We have been on the road since 1996 and so far have not experienced theft or other campsite issues. Just a suggestion, try it for a while and let your experience guide you.Jim

Black flash trail cams are handy, portable, inexpensive and easy to operate. They can be hung and padlocked to a tree, picnic table or under your RV. Don't drive away and forgot it.

Only one time has that happened to us.JimOR ANY PLACE that makes you feel uncomfortable to stop at whether it is a campground, rest stop, gas station or even a Walmart parking lot.Being aware of your surroundings by being observant.Stopped at a gas station in a suburb of a pretty good size city, realized quickly that that area must have a rather high crime rate when I went to pay for the fuel and the attendant was behind 2" thick BULLET PROOF glass! Just had a little slot in the counter at counter height to push the money to the attendant.. Marked that area on our Atlas as a place to never stop for fuel again.Been on some roads in NY that give me the willies at the rest stops, felt like you are in the "Pen" with stainless toilets, sinks and even stainless mirrors on the walls.. Nothing like sittin' on ice cold stainless steel seats in the winter to get you in a hurry to finish your business.
