One of the Black and decker chargers with 1093 in the part number is well respected by Some of the members on this forum.
They are known to have fan issues, but should be a good garage charger, and can assist whatever converter you have or acquire to get that last 3 to 10% into the battery after most converters declare "good enough" and quit.
