Hi 2oldman,
I've camped with 15 amp power at -37 C (-34.6 F). I've boondocked for five days with a high of -27 C (-16.6 F) in blizzard conditions so the small solar system was no help, but did have a reliable 2800 watt generator at that time, which I ran for four hours per day. (and twin 12 volt marine batteries).
I am used to making week long trips in sub freezing weather, but those trips always included significant driving distances and almost always a 15 amp source of power. I have winterized seven times in one season.
While I lived in Regina, I'd go over and dig out the one dump site after every snow fall. But I won't be in town to do that and I doubt that anyone else will take the time.
I do use 12 volt electric blankets to keep the bed warm.
I've only burned about 1.5 pounds of propane per month in most years.
I can keep the RV liveable with 2400 watts of electric heat. But I won't have access to that much power.
There are no slides on my Class C so that's a help.
