Exhaust could possibly invade the rig and be far more of a issue than a unvented heater I would think.
After thinking I'm sure you meant to vent the exhaust but capture the heat off of the tubing. Whew
I would think that unless Don could install roll down skirts, it would be a major pain to carry and install/uninstall them every time.
Playing off of the ideal of the heat created bt the exhaust tubing, maybe you could wrap tubing around the pipes and pump antifreeze thru it to a heater core. It would only work while running but would add to the efficiency of idling the motor for charging and cab heat.
