sewer valves
We have a 5th wheel on blocks at a campgrounds in which we are seasonal and are hooked up to the campgrounds sewer, I was just wondering, do we keep the valves closed until we leave or do we keep them...

Same. I used to leave my gray water valve open, but I use a twist on third valve so I can use gray water to back-flush the black tank (might have the water do something) when dumping.
There is also the fact that flies and rodents can crawl through the hose into the tanks if they are left open.
