Yes they do, but the tracker in the MPPT during Bulk is supposed to choose a voltage that gets the most input watts to the controller, so that could be anything. Vmp does vary a bit with insolation when
you have a non-mixed array, but you have a mixed array. I don't know if it is "too mixed" or not. I am way past lost on how your numbers go with what I thought I knew( which can happen :( ), so it must be time for me to learn something!
