Posted an update in the original post. This week I added the shattered panel to the roof. It still works and has successfully charged the batteries over the last couple days. I decided not to encapsulate it so I know its going to die quickly. That is okay. I'm just waiting for the renogy 100W to go on sale again then I'll purchase the replacement and have a fully functional 100W on the roof.
This was my first time using Dicor Self Leveling. Pretty easy stuff and with the remains from the panel (of which there was plenty) I just touched up/maintained all the other access points through the roof.
