Shocking! AC power tingle between frame and (real) ground

I was doing something at the back of my RV today and I put one knee down into fairly damp earth (heavy rains here the other day). I steadied myself by leaning my right forearm on the bare aluminum hin...

OP here.

Thanks for the suggestions. I will check these out today. I'm betting hot and neutral might be reversed at the house receptacle.

For the record, I have my 50 foot 50A RV cord, plugged into a short 4 prong to 3 prong RV dogbone plugged into a 30 foot 30A RV extension. There is no light cord in the run.

I don't have a circuit tester but I guess that's on my shopping list now.
