Shocking! AC power tingle between frame and (real) ground

I was doing something at the back of my RV today and I put one knee down into fairly damp earth (heavy rains here the other day). I steadied myself by leaning my right forearm on the bare aluminum hin...

Just to let you know I had the same problem, sorta. Mine problem was that the wire between the rear of camper and the c/b panel had rubbed on the frame and bare wires were touching frame. Everything worked on 30amp but was a dead short when plugged into 50 amp post. Dealer fixed on warranty.
