Shocking! AC power tingle between frame and (real) ground

I was doing something at the back of my RV today and I put one knee down into fairly damp earth (heavy rains here the other day). I steadied myself by leaning my right forearm on the bare aluminum hin...

You could have a bad (loose) ground all the way back to the main panel. My daughter complained about the same thing when they went to her mother-in-laws cottage. I went up and found the ground wire off the single driven ground rod. Replaced the wire and drove a second ground rod. No more troubles.
