Shocking! AC power tingle between frame and (real) ground

The polarity tester can NOT cause the problem. It's telling you that you have a problem. Read the label on the tester and compare the test light configurations. The most likely scenario is that you have a grounded neutral in your trailer somewhere. The neutral is only grounded at the source. ie Pole transformer.
