Is your 5th wheel using any metal jacks that are sitting directly on earth as we speak? Or, are your landing gears sitting on wood? Dry wood or wet wood?
What I am looking for is a direct short to earth that could be masking your 2.2 VAC reading. That is why I pointed out that I am a Class C on rubber tires without a conductive path to Earth other then my 3rd wire Ground.
