There is limited information on your F30INSPS. However, it's designed for the marine environment and all indications are that the blue led should be on (not flashing) when your are plugged in at home.
I would not use that home plug or your adapter until you find out why the led is flashing. Try a different outlet on a different home CB and a different adapter - most RVers have the 20/30 adapter.
Is the house plug on a GFCI or arc fault protector? Is it 3 prongs? Also test the plug with a standard household analyzer and if OK add a load like a ceramic heater (you may need an adapter for the 2 male plugs).
