I am having the same issue with our Power cord for our 2015 Sunseeker. It is less than 1 month old and when we plugged it in originally both the wall plug and the unit plug were lit blue. Now only the wall plug is lit blue and nothing on the unit is lit. There is no power going into the unit because we turned the battery off and tried to turn on lights and nothing worked. I called the Forest River helpline and they said this plug is new for them and they might need to refer us to a service center. If it is something we can do ourselves we would rather do it than to drive to the dealership for it to sit for a while...
The lights are 12V and need either the charger which uses AC or the battery. Do you have DC voltage and do the lights work when the battery is switched on?
Keep the battery charged with a auto charger if required. Discharged batteries have a shorter life.
