With the wall plug lit you have AC power to the rig. Does any of the AC equipment work?

The lights are 12V and need either the charger which uses AC or the battery. Do you have DC voltage and do the lights work when the battery is switched on?

Keep the battery charged with a auto charger if required. Discharged batteries have a shorter life.
