Should batteries be disconnected when on shore power?

My rvs have Intellipower something or other converter chargers with fancy battery charging... Should I be disconnecting the house batteries when on shore power for extended periods? Or do the ba...

If you are measuring that 10.6 directly on the battery, that probably means that the battery is VERY low and the converter is putting out NOTHING. Check fuses first.
