Should I buy this roll of 10 gauge wire?
About 200' for $30. Stranded copper, oil and gas and heat resistant. But is it fat enough for anything useful?

Check Home Depot first. Home Depot sells #12 stranded THHN wire 500 ft for about $45. #10 probably not that much more expensive.
