It is slightly cheaper to just buy another refurb 2000W and the parallel kit, but it seems like a lot more effort to lug 2 generators. Is there a hidden bonus to 2 generators I'm not seeing?
One thought is that if you are camping somewhere where the AC isn't needed, you can just take one generator that weighs about half of what the 3100W weighs, and it is cheaper to buy the 2000W.
