Side window fogged up.

The side window on my RV has fogged up, somehow condensation has formed BETWEEN the two layers of glass. It is extremely difficult to see my outside mirror and therefore is a safety hazard. Having the window replaced is a very expensive solution, I'm hoping someone will be able to tell me how to clear up the window short of totally replacing it. Thanks!
