Simple Electrical help, TT 50 amp to Home 15 amp

Hello again all. Please bear with this total noob question, and thanks in advance for your help. My TT came with this 15 amp adapter. Am I correct its a 15 amp male and a 30 amp female? ...

Never seen a 50 socket like that. I would have said it was a 30 amp?
