Simple Electrical help, TT 50 amp to Home 15 amp

Hello again all. Please bear with this total noob question, and thanks in advance for your help. My TT came with this 15 amp adapter. Am I correct its a 15 amp male and a 30 amp female? ...

That 15 amp hockey puck adapter is very light. Keep an eye on it or get a better built 15 amp dogbone adapter.
