Simultaneously Draining/Charging AGMs?
I have a small bank of 3 or so 35ah AGM batts, the UPG Chinee Goodees. I have two chargers for them: a Meanwell SP-200-15 (13.4A) fo bulk charging, and a two-stage 4.5 amp charger which boosts at 13....

I'm budgeting watts, and it's working! I was able to take the max draw of my laptop down to 30W (and the idle time draw even less), and using only a 20w fan for comfort (right next to my head), I was able to make it 10 hours overnight on my batts, while recording two stages (6 hours) of the Tour de France!
After 10 hours on my 100ah bank, I was at 11.94V with a steady 55W draw.
Mex mentioned a second Meanwell (200w), and I think that's a good idea going forward. When I get the 900w gennie I'll test it out, see what kind of loads it will tolerate. A single 200w Meanwell nearly chokes the 450w gennie.
Wiz, I'm only at a net loss intermittently. I won't be using the full 300w of power all the time, I just need to allow for that much use without a hiccup.
