I think white papers are a bit sketchey at best. there have been so many writen for proffit over the last 30 years you never know if you can believe them or not. I prefer study data but everyone eants you to pay to access that now days.... but you have to have the ceaviate that even study data can be manipulated to show what you want it to show. if you find white papers and studies, make sure they are peer reviewed and from a well knowen place.
