Slide Creep!

I have 2 hydraulic slides. The bottom of the bedroom slide will creep away from wall when in closed position. Takes a while, like week or more to do so. I have a Lippert pump, and I know it has a slight fluid leak between pump and tank, but don't think thats the problem. Read up on here where it could be the solenoids, but don't know where those are located. What are my things to check out?

Thanks
  • I'm not at camper now, but I only remember the 4 hoses attaching to top of pump.
Besides having the electrical solenoid on top.
  • Saw that pic. When you click on the pic link there is a option to set the size.
  • That's another solenoid used for the motor. Keep looking for the wires/solenoids/valves that control the fluid. What do you see on your pump vs the picture you posted? Your solenoid/valves could be located elsewhere.
  • I see the solenoid device on top of the pump with the wires connected. My 5th wheel is a 2006. Basically I have pump with black solenoid on top and tank on right. Tried posting a pic similar I found online but it came up huge.
  • Solenoids actuated valves are on/in the pump. Do you see wires besides the motor wires?

My Lipper pump leaked and the motor stopped running. Right at the 2 year warranty and when I pointed out the 3 design flaws with the pump they sent me a new designed replacement.

The leak needs to be fixed in addition to the slide drift. Have you tried the manual procedure for operating the slides? If not that will reveal the second design flaw if your pump is like mine.
