They are actually quite adjustable. Beaudry RV in Tucson (now out of business) was supposed to fix mine several times, but never did it to my satisfaction. So I crawled underneath with the manufacturer's instructions in hand and did it to myself. It was actually quite simple and with a little patience you should be able to do it yourself. But if not, make sure you see if CW can do it for you.
