For efficiency? Not too worried about that for these motors as they'll be used infrequently.
And this possibly high surge wattage has me worried.
A more continuous use might be to recharge my Li-Ion drill, but so far it hasn't needed a recharge in 6 months. I think everything else is 12V. (But that can change ...)
And if I can get that CanTire 1000W PSW for $200 (and it seems to be the only PSW avail at CanTire), that's very, very tempting. It's surge wattage is 2000W (but no idea for how long).
