Small Fridge on Inverter for TC-1.7 vs 3.2 cuft Report

Ran an inverter test comparing two small fridges to replace the old 3-way in the 1981 TC. There have been several threads on using 120v fridges on inverter, so this adds something to the data base. ...

Norcold, And Dometic both make high efficiency 12/120 volt compressor type fridges.. Draw on 120 is is LESS than 1/2 (0.5) amp My ENGLE draws 3 amps at 12 volt (Which is around 0.3 at 120 volt).

It is not surprising that some fridges are more efficient (more space less current)

Finally.... I have tested with even smaller inverters..... 1,000 is the smallest I would recommend for a "Residential" Type.. and I will not guarantee that 450 would not do it.. Did not have a 750 to test with then.
