Small inverter for TV

Looking at the possibility of dry camping, the only critical thing that won't run off 12V are A/C and electronics.

Am I better of to wire the TV directly into the 12V or wire a small sine wave inverter into the 12V and plug the TV into that?

Any fav brands, market is flooded with them with HUGE price differential.

    If the TV is 12v compatible it is more efficient to wire the TV direct to a 12 volt source.

    Lots of ways to do it. Get a good quality 300w pure sine wave inverter that's quiet and doesn't have a loud fan. I've got a Samlex model, about $120, works great. Others will recommend some good ones too

    Is the TV a 12 volt model? If it is you don’t need an inverter.
