All the information I've heard / read / seen says that the excess heat shortens the life of the panels.- How are these different than the other flexible solar panels out there, for example go power.
- rexlionExplorerI'm aware of some folks who have successfully mounted (and kept) a solar panel mounted to their fiberglass roof with VHB tape. I do wonder how that will fare after 5 or 10 years, though. And the heat issue, of course...

Can't say I'd try it on an RV with a membrane or fiberglass roof. - LJAZExplorerHad a friend that used to work for a local company that makes flexible solar panels specifically for RVs. They use some sort of adhesive to mount them. No idea what they cost.
