All voltages would depend on the state of charge of the battery.
I don't have the new 20 amp controller yet. That's why I unplugged my portable panel when I saw 14+ amps.
A couple days ago it was sitting at 14.6 volts just after noon, then dropped into float at 13.4.
For 10 bucks, I doubt I'm getting any temp compensation, nor would I expect any, nor do I need any. I'm too old to be getting into the real technical part of it all. I just want it to work, and work right. And however its working, its right enuff for me.
