Probably got that oily stuff from the propane tank building up at a low point in your propane line under the RV. Will allow gas to bleed through when warm, but will thicken up and block the flow when cold.
Disconnect ALL propane lines at stove,water heater, and fridge. Remove regulator from low pressure line. Get an air compressor and give a good shot into each opened line, starting with the stove. As you finish each one cap it and go to the next.
The reason of starting with the stove is so you won't blow all that s**t out into the kitchen.
Do not apply air pressure with any appliance connected.
