Thank you very much. I actually noticed the residue you mention in the regulator a little and in the line running from the regulator to the metal propane connection under the trailer.
Just to be clear, I will disconnect the appliances (the fridge,stove, hot water, and furnace too?) and use air to force out the residue at the disconnected appliance ends right? Meaning use the air hose at the metal pipe the regulator line connects to correct?
If so any advice on how to minimize the mess that will result?
Also, I have gone through the manual several times and for the life of me it doesn't mention an LP detector anywhere. The trailer is from 83' so they may not have been standard? I'm charging the battery now because I also saw that a low battery can trip the detector if there is one. Thoughts?
