I have a wonderfully almost full 20# bottle that does not work. No gas comes out. Forgot the number of different OPD and POL connections and appliances I tried, but no dice. Triangular shaped handle opens all the way and shuts all the way just fine, but not a wisp of gas. Even tied filling it more using 275 lbs of LPG pressure (not what it was filled with BTW).
Probably not what is wrong with the OP's system tho...
