Oh, no doubt! Fortunately, I had a sense this might be the case before I did my own installation, which is why I ultimately wired it "whole house" as the convenience of being able to simply plug into any existing receptacle in the trailer can't be beat ... no different than running on shore power as long as I remain within the limits of the inverter and the battery supplying power to it. On our most recent trip, power to the park quit at 4am Sat morning and wasn't restored for 36 hrs ... no worries, I just plugged the trailer's main service cable into the inverter and we continued on camping as we normally would. Being as smart as I am I had left my EU2000i genset in the workshop :S so I did plug the trailer into the truck and run it to help bolster the trailer battery while we were using the toaster and coffee maker ... not sure how much it helped but the better long term solution I think will be a couple of G31s.
