Hi, Does anyone know where I can find the voltage adjustment for "cut in" on the Sola Basic 4000?

So, if this single pot is responsible for trigger voltage - and then relays direct it to +20%, +10% or -10% coil, - it means your buck point has also moved 2V up now, to 137V.
