My Tracer A does 14.8 for Flooded even though the spec is for ISTR 14.6. Of course you get some variance with only one decimal place voltages in different places, but I am happy with it.
Luckily for me, the two- hour Vabs is good too, where and when we camp with our set-up. It is easier not to be a full timer on solar! You get to go home and do a "recovery" if the last trip was hard on the batts.
