Does a solar charge controller have an internal fuse that can be blown? If so, can it be changed out like a fuse in an inverter? I purchased a new charge controller, all is connected properly but...

Fixed! Thanks again. I moved the cables with the inverter and all is working. Solar is charging, charge controller LEDs all lit, and the inverter is showing the charge coming in.
