Not sure about wires, but 100W panel + good 6A controller will be close to $190 indeed. Depends on how much is shipping for 100W panel.
Agreed with previous comments - OP should figure out first what they need this charger for. If only for storage, then 45W is an overkill. There are 10W-20W chargers for half the cost, some include controllers.
