OK, thought I would jump in here.. There is nothing wrong with trying to save a buck or two. Myself I even created my OWN solar panels.

Worked out very well, until, well, putting on the coach an the variant temperature. So still putting out great voltage an amps. However long term prospects of my design are limited. Recently ordered solar panels total of, 350W from yes.. China, still with the cost of shipping, the USA cant come close. I always try to buy USA first, lets remember 80% of solar panels originate from China, so why not cut out the middle man (vender) an save a buck or two.
