Will they charge batteries? Yes, I'm sure they will. But my question is will they charge them well, or will they, over time, damage my batteries and shorten their lives? It's not worth it to cut corners on the specs for me. It will end up costing more in the long run due to shortened battery life.
I saw that. We're on the same page. As I said, I have no problem whatsoever with cheap stuff as long as it does what I want it to do. I have cheapo Sam's Club batteries, after all. :)
