Having had good success ordering a cheap 20a PWM Solar Controller China/direct both in shipping time (10 days) and in use, I went for another China cheapo V/A meter w/shunt @$16.99~ It's the red/blue meter shown by OP. This time 7 days total order to delivery. Both from EBay. A dollar saved is more than a dollar earned. I'll keep as much old moldy as possible. And continue to favor 'Made in the USA' if at all possible, within reason. The $400/$500 Solar Controllers are not reasonable for my three small panels.
