Solar controller output question
A quick question on my EP Solar charge controller and its output voltage. I just noticed that I'm seeing an output from the battery "out" connection on the controller with my batteries disconnected...

Keeping it simple, panels and batteries are connected to my $8 controller 100% of the time, no switches anywhere,.....sure works perfectly.
I have thought about switching the panel line, but can't figure out why.
