Sorry for confusing ya'll!! Yes, I am asking aboot a controller with 2 connecs for the panel, and 2 connects for the battery. This is just a info question, no particular controller in mind. And I have seen some out there with common negatives (yes, 3 connecs!!).
So, why or how does it differ if you have the 4 connecs vs connecting the negatives together??? I guess I should ask a mfg since even install instructions don't answer the question.
