There is no need in +$300 Rogue that can do 30A, when the post-conversion current is mere 15A. Eco-worthy is 20A, and fits your particular bill better. There is another charger looking identical to Eco, from another - also not well known - Chinese manufacturer. I think both are pirated version of something else, that's why $80. China doesn't play by the rules. Tomorrow somebody will put up for sale a truckload of stolen chargers $10 a piece, and all this detailed analysis goes out of the window.
Honestly, I don't know what this debate is about anymore. There can be reasons to go with high-voltage panels, and then MPPT is the only choice. And there is a boost in amp-hours and watts with MPPT processing, in most scenarios.
