Something's rotten in the state of Denmark. It doesn't add up. Out of 12 hours of solar, you state controller is more than 8 hours in boost and batteries are fully charged each day.
How do you know batteries are fully charged? Do you measure specific gravity? What's your definition of fully charged? Are the 8 hours in boost a guesstimate or can you view charge controller data for each day?
