The graph with mppt flat topping is not caused by amps clipping but due to rising panel temperature reducing the mppt controller's voltage headroom needed for operation. Components: Kyrocera 130W, 12V panel and Blue Sky 2512i charge controller.
Edit, battery voltage held constant at 12.25 to 12.35V.![]()

What does MPPT vs. PWM look like for dawn to dusk? Those ends of the graph are of interest too.
