So you are saying my KC50 panels are poly? Was poly the original solar panel technology? These are older panels.....maybe 10-15 years old so that would likely make them poly?

Multi is not mono as you already noted. Polys are usually all blue, while monos are often black and seem to usually have big white diamonds between the cell corners--very distinctive.
