Actually there is a third type called amorphous. The "Coleman" panels (Sunforce) sold at Can Tire are marked as "Crystalline"--they are poly.

In the wegosolar link there is a blue folding set but the panels have the diamonds, so must be mono, but also have Voc under 22, so everything goes in this game!
