Put DC breaker between controller and battery. More convenient than fuse. With 200W array you are looking at 20A breaker. 200W "might" deliver 15A, especially when you don't expect it to ;). 15A MPPT will handle 16A, if given a chance.

Wire gauge controller to battery should be chosen so as to ensure less than 2% voltage drop at 15A.

Ideally, the circuit should be: Controller -> Controller Breaker -> Pos Bus -> Battery Fuse -> Battery.
Then Loads -> Loads Breaker -> same Pos Bus.
