Basically yes but you will need heavy enough cable to the rig and probably run through anderson connectors. As i understand it the solar controller needs to be close to the batteries so its fine for the toad batteries but a long way to the rig. If you are inverting heavy loads you will need very heavy cables and it may not even be practical.
Tells us more about your power use and how you power your rig now. 300 watts may be low for 4 batteries. What is using power that you need 4 batteries overnight? What batteries are you talking about
